Animating famous fairy tales for an immersive museum experience

H.C. Andersen’s House is a new immersive museum in Odense, Denmark, exploring the life and works of famous author Hans Christian Anderson. When Mute Studio reached out to ask for a hand animating the Thumbelina, we couldn't say yes fast enough.

Each of these animations are housed in tiny sets and immersive viewing ports throughout the Museum. They guide the audience on a journey through H.C. Andersen’s house while bringing his stories to life using illustration, set design and animation.
